If your pushing hard in class you should be pretty sore right now.
To combat soreness here are the three thinngs you need to do.
1. Stretch – improving your flexibility and circulation will help reduce or prevent sore muscles.
2. Drink water – hydration is an important part of circulation, which in turn adds comfort to your muscles.
3. Work through the soreness – I am not going to give some scientific explanation here other than this is what works best for me. Don’t mistake muscle soreness for injury, but, if your muscles are just sore (not injured) than blasting through your next workout will get that soreness feeling to go away quicker. Just sitting around and not working out because you are sore is not only lame but will just make you stiffen up more.
