There are may setbacks on the way to success. I say that often.
There are many struggles to endure and obstacle to overcome. So if that is the case, why avoid them?
Why not look forward to them, want them and want as many as possible?
You want to be successful right? I think the whole fitness game frames everything wrong. That is why people lose motivation, lack will power and ultimately give up.
Re-framing negatives to a positive in our mind is a STRONG tool towards tackling your fears and achieving your goals.
