1 scoop Protein Powder (Vanilla)

1 cup 2% Greek Yogurt

1/2 cup Pumpkin Puree

1/2 cup Quaker Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 tbsp Ground Allspice

Cinnamon (to taste)

Walnuts (optional)

1 tbsp Honey (optional)

1 tbsp Vanilla Extract (optional)




In a bowl, combine protein, Greek yogurt, pumpkin, vanilla extract, and spices.

Mix together with a spoon until the consistency is smooth.

Once mixed, top with Oats. You can also add your choice of nuts. I recommend almonds or walnuts.

It doesn’t have to be complicated to be awesome.  Enjoy!
