We are two week’s into to this Lifestyle program with two week’s left to go.


If you remember my first weigh in my results actually got a bit worse.


I explained how I was still eating the same 4-4-4-4 unit plan that I was eating for our weight loss program.


I changed it to what Shawn, my coach prescribed (5-3-5-3-5) and I share my result in the video below.

    1. Hey, you used to write excnlleet, but the last several posts have been kinda boring… I miss your great writings. Past several posts are just a little out of track! come on!

  1. I don’t trust any one particular source for my health information, and I definitely don’t trust the government to tell me what’s best for my body. The USDA’s food pyramid has been the “trusted authority” on nutrition for years (until it was recently replaced by the plate), and it was totally out of whack with the way I choose to eat. I prefer the Mediterranean food pyramid. I felt this article was interesting, and made a lot of sense… it doesn’t mean to say I’m going to start eating tons of salt.
