Day 6 – BBQ’s & Babies

As the weekend hits the routine of the week disappears and the real challenges begin.

In the first half of Saturday I easily get my workout in and my first 3 meals because I am working.

However, I than navigate through a bqq and the temptations that come with that.

BBQ’s however usually have many healthy options and you can stay on track with a grilled protein of choice, side of veggies and handful size of carb.

I hope you realize by now there is no crazy strict regimen that you have to suffer through to do this.

It is simply the right food combos at regular intervals and tracking your results.

Agreed with Blake“probably an overreaction, and to an extent th#piht-uolgcing.&o8221; is so often used to dismiss objections to slurs, be they ableist, homophobic or transphobic that I don’t feel it is productive to mark one slur as ‘okay’ or not worth going after simply because of the ubiquity of it’s use in certain environments.
