Alright guys the bad news is my phone got water damage over the weekend and I couldn’t snap.
The good new is I am back!!!
I behaved much better on the 4th after my initial cheat meal followed by no meals.
I had a bunch of PureFit bars with me and I brought those with me to have an emergency meal because I was on a buddies boat over the weekend.
The week is always easy because the routine and having PhatBurn meals is so simple.
So here is Day 11 as we approach the results weigh in for week 2.
