Squat Variation for People Who Sit Down All Day

Check out this great squat variation by Phatburn trainer Christopher Jackson using two kettlebells.  Squats are great because they train the biggest muscle group of the body.  Increasing your leg muscles is the fast track to increasing your over all muscle mass.  Don’t forget, it’s your muscle that burns calories in your body.  This is not for body builders.  The more lean muscle you have the more fat and calories you will burn each day at rest.  So train the big leg muscles and activate those thigh and glute muscles with the kettlebell front squat.

Try Chris’s front squat in front of a mirror or with a trainer to ensure your form is correct.
