Hit The Studio, Drop The Fat.

Our objective is to help you lose lbs of fat and maintain your muscle mass to achieve a tighter more toned body.  Our workouts are targeted Fat Loss workouts which change every two weeks so you won’t get bored doing the same routine over and over.

We use High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) for the most efficient way to torch fat during and even hours after class is over.  Classes are 6 days a week, Monday through Saturday at 6 convenient times.


    Our group classes are small so that you get the proper supervision from your trainer. Spaces are limited.


    Our workouts are designed for All Fitness Levels so you can start at a beginner or advanced level.


    Our workouts concentrate on a different body part each day. Some days will be cardio based and some will incorporate resistance training to drop lbs of fat while maintaining your muscle mass.
