HANGOVER HOMEMADE GATORADE

In case you “over-did” it last night. Try out this homemade recipe. 😉

 

It’s much healthier than than Gatorade and other sports drinks.

 

Directions: Mix ingredients together and drink.

 

Ingredients:33 oz. Water or Coconut Water

1/4 tsp. Himalayan Pink Salt

1/2 tsp. calcium magnesium powder or crushed tablets

1/4 cup of fresh squeezed juice (lemon, lime, etc.)

1 tsp. or less of sweetener (raw honey or stevia)
