Cool Lunge Variations
Spice up some leg workouts with some of these lunge variations. PhatBurn trainer Jolin explains the alternating jumping lunge, the forward lunge and the reverse lunge. Beginners should start with the forward and reverse lunge while more advanced can step up to the more difficult jumping version which will get your legs burning fast.
Personally, whenever I take a PhatBurn class jumping lunges is one of those moves that I know will test me at the :30 second mark.
