I stepped into Phatburn thinking it would be like any other workout program I had ever done; I was very mistaken! Phatburn has truly changed the way I view not only working out, but my eating habits and nutritional well being also. I have never been pushed to my limits before when doing a workout as trainer Shawn Smith was able to do each and every night. The meals were cooked to perfection chef Tim Horan, and it was so nice having the guesswork of what to eat every day eliminated. Dr. Bloom shed light on many aspects of my diet that I didn’t think was a problem, but in fact it was detrimental to my body. All in all, Phatburn fulfilled on its promise to help me lose FAT and look great. I lost a total of 32 lbs (none of which was muscle mass). I lowered my body fat percentage by over 5% and I feel amazing. I cannot wait to start the program back up again and get more toned and cut! I highly recommend this program to anyone looking to make a life change and want to learn the proper way to lose fat and build muscle! Thanks again Phatburn crew for all your help!

The last 60 days have been an amazing experience. In the past I have always lacked the motivation to get to the gym but this time was different. Being part of a group not only made the class fun but if you have a group waiting for you, you’ll get out of bed on numerous days you wouldn’t. All I had to do was show up. Shawn motivated and pushed me to the max every day. Tim prepared delicious meals and made a difficult part of fitness (eating healthy every 3 hours) convenient. Susan taught me more about my own body in 60 days then I have learned in 33 years. The body is truly an incredible machine. I can’t wait to see the next 60 days results.

I originally started this program because it was very convenient being near my office. I went into it thinking I was in pretty good shape since I would mix up yoga, spin and bar method classes 3-5x / week. But this workout was unlike anything i’ve done before. Pushed to my limits in every class, I loved the mix of cardio circuits and stregnth training. Shawn, our trainer, set the pace for us to work our hardest despite our group’s fitness level.   I became addicted to the high intensity interval training that phatburn executes so well.

I was also very impressed by the quality of food, portions and taste.  Despite a few sweet tooth cravings, the food was strategically measured and proportioned to keep me satisfied by always working my metabolism. The frequent meals and snacks kept my energy up during the day and through the vigorous workouts. There were so many meals I loved and want to incorporate into my post-phatburn life.  The program changed my eating habits for the better by making me more aware of what I put into my body for energy.

Mario and Paul did a great job keeping me informed and encouraged to perform my best. I loved the group setting since it made getting to the gym something to look forward to. It was comforting to know we were all in it together.

By the end, I was addicted to the structure and lifestyle, which paid off because I’m very happy with my results!  I would do this program again in a heartbeat.

When I began my 60 days I went into it a bit cocky. I felt as though I was already in great shape and my weight hadn’t fluctuated more than 3 pounds in close to 10 years. I was excited to have the meal plan for 60 days but I figured I was just doing it for the experience and wouldn’t get dramatic results like everyone else. I went in to my first body comp weighing 181 lbs. When Dr. Bloom told me my ideal weight was 160 I just laughed and felt that was a bunch of BS. At day 60 when I weighed in at 162 lbs and had lost 5% in body fat even I was blown away. Never in my life had I achieved such dramatic results in such a short period of time. I would just like to say whether you’re out of shape or think you’re in great shape this program really can kick your ass into gear.

Joining Phatburn was one of the best decisions I have ever made, worth every penny!! Shawn is extremely motivating and brilliant when targeting every muscle group which is proven to be problematic for most women. He set our goals and time frame with a progressive fitness plan and the results began to show almost immediately. His routine intertwined with the meals and nutritional information provided have all proven to be successful. The meals were not only delicious but so convenient for a mom on the run. Not only was I eating nutritious meals, but I was becoming more conscious of what I was ingesting into my body as well as my child’s. I thought the program was incredible. Mario and Paul had a way of making this experience a knowledgeable one and at the same time, for lack of a better word, brainless for those involved in the program. The time and effort you two have put into it showed me that you believe in the product and gave me even more of an incentive to do my best and listen to what you were telling us. During the 60 days, not once did I ever think about what I was going to eat and if it were something I should be ingesting, nor did I have to worry about what exercises needed to be done. I thought Shawn finally found his calling and was born to be a trainer and motivator. He knew how to handle each individual in terms of knowing our body and pushing us to our maximum capability. Having Dr. Bloom was amazing, by far the most intelligent person I have met when it comes to the human body. His Q&A’s were extremely informative as well as his help in seeing our progression throughout the program.

When signing up for PhatBurn I didn’t really know what to expect but I am very happy that I participated in the program.  PhatBurn put me back on a schedule with my workout routine and the monitoring of my progress was a great way to keep me on track.  Each workout was challenging, but fun, and it was an awesome way to jump start me getting into shape. Shawn was a great motivator and really helped me maximize my results, which were way better than I expected!

Phatburn was a great experience.  I’ve always worked out and kept in decent shape but there were always those days, especially after work, where I dreaded going to the gym.  I never felt like that with this class.  I always looked forward to going.  Classes were fun, upbeat, and the exercises were always changing so nothing ever got repetitive or boring.  We made playlists on our ipods so there was always awesome music playing throughout class.  In terms of the diet, I was really surprised how good the food was.  The food was fresh since it was just cooked the night before and the portions were good.  Plus, the protein bars they give you taste awesome.  I ended up learning a lot about nutrition.  All in all, Phatburn was a good challenge, yet very beneficial.  I always had good energy, looked and felt great, and in the end lost pounds of fat while gaining muscle mass.  Paul and Mario did a great job of organizing everything while the trainer Shawn did his part pushing you and coming up with great training programs day to day.  I definitely will to do another class soon.

Thanks to everyone who made the last 60 days truly an awesome experience. Your dedication to each and every individual in the class was remarkable. Not being in the greatest shape in the beginning of this program, i never felt left behind. There was always someone there to motivate and push me to get through that workout and make sure i was in class the next night. This class not only changed my physical appearance (lost 18 pounds, not a big deal) but mentally i feel like a new person. Thanks again boys, i cant wait till PHATBURN round 2.

Now that the 60 days is up I feel great. From day 1 to now is huge difference. Numbers don’t lie!
