BANANA NUT SMOOTHIE

Ingredients

Unsweetened  vanilla  almond  milk  or  water

 2%  Greek  yogurt

 Old-fashioned  oats

 Medium  banana

 Tablespoon  chia  seeds

 Tablespoon  almond  butter

 Crushed  ice  as  needed

 

Directions

Place all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Poor in a glass and enjoy.
