We found the magic pill to getting ripped!!!
C’mon Peter pan, if you still believe there is a little blue pill to get you ripped then you will be spend your whole life looking for Jack’s magic bean stalk.
So the other day my partner and I were working and he casually said to me “You will never be more ripped than me” followed by a quick giggle. Initially I agreed but within a split second the gambler inside me poked his little head and before I knew it, challenge accepted!
If there is one thing I learned since starting this company is that there is no easy way to get ripped. It takes a serious commitment coupled with knowledge, nutrition and much much more. Fortunately for me, PhatBurn does exist. Many of you have seen my first 60 day results and they were good. I worked hard and was proud of myself. Over the last few months, I have been in what I like to call a “maintenance” phase. That basically means I ate clean 60% of the time, I worked out every FEW days and I drank a little bit more than I should…probably a lot more than I should have.
A bet is a bet so here we go again for another 60 days. The first round I was able to shed pounds of fat but this time is going to be the ripped round. I am starting off 30 lbs lighter than my first round and definitely more prepared mentally for what needs to happen.
Yesterday was the prep day. I met with my chef, nutritionist and trainer and as a team we devised a plan of attack to get optimum results in just 60 days. I am going to be fully exposed here. I will take you through my next 60 days and show you what’s possible if you have the right mindset and of course the right resources. It’s time to show everyone what PhatBurn can really do.
Below is my Day 1 (June13th, 2012) photo and starting stats:
Starting Body Weight 178 lbs
Body Fat 16.7%
Estimated Water Weight 78 lbs
Healthy Fat 30 lbs
Muscle Mass 70 lbs
After meeting with the team, in order to achieve my goal (to look RIPPED) I will need to
Lose 13 lbs of Fat (That’s a 45,500 calorie deficit)
AND
Gain 10 lbs of Lean Muscle, NOT too easy..
My weight should remain between 175 – 178 lbs.
