in my yoga class to touch my foot to my head in bow pulling pose…it took for me to be patient and compassionate toward myself and to breathe consciously into my muscles!! This blog is keeping my exercise honest..I did not have a cupcake tonite!!!

Mine was being able to walk on my hands. I started out by throwing my feet up against a wall and doing hand stand push ups. Eventually with enough practice I was able to take 2,3,4,5 steps on my hands up until I was able to walk across the entire gym floor.
